Nolo Family Practice is a physician serving Nolensville and surrounding areas with convenient, personalized modern medicine with empathy and care. It is owned and operated by  Shannon Rappe, a board-certified nurse practitioner. Shannon graduated with a Doctor of Nursing degree from Belmont University. She strives to offer families with a friendly, warm environment to get all their healthcare needs.
