Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint joined Nolensville’s bustling food scene 16 years ago. The great folks of Nolensville have helped us grow the barbeque joint into what it is today. Situated in the heart of Nolensville, the joint is widely known for its perfect West Tennessee-Style Whole Hog BBQ. Our native home community always has a special place in our hearts. We cook everything from scratch, and make all of our pies and sides right here, in-house, each day.
West Tennessee’s whole-hog BBQ tradition is the foundation upon which Martin’s Bar-B-Que joint is built. We have been featured on many shows and publications including the Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel and in Esquire, Bon Appetit, Conde Nast Traveler, and the Men’s Journal.
Pat Martin, the founder of Martins Bar-B-Que learned the craft and art of whole hog BBQ almost 25 years ago in the town of Henderson, TN before he relocated to Nashville. This later became his lifelong passion that eventually led to a business when he launched the first-ever Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint in Nolensville in October 2006. The business has expanded to 10 other locations today.
