We provide martial art classes in our academy that include; self-defense, motivation and goal setting, physical conditioning, improving confidence and self-esteem, and physical conditioning.

Our experienced instructors offer various programs designed to help students achieve their health and fitness goals. Little Dragons program is a unique martial art program for kids between the ages of 4 and 6. The Rookie Dragons program is a beginner arts program for kids ages 6 to 10. The flying Dragons program is more advanced martial art classes for kids ages 6-11. The adult/teens program is a martial art class for adults and teenagers.
